Kids Yoga
Kids yoga classes are challenging, fun, healing, and creative. Each session is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and nurture both body and mind. I guide children through gentle breathing exercises to help them focus and relax, followed by a short meditation to calm their thoughts and connect with their inner selves.
Afterward, we embark on imaginative adventures where yoga poses become playful stories, children might stretch like tall trees, balance like brave superheroes, or crawl like adventurous caterpillars exploring a magical garden. Through these adventures, they not only develop strength, flexibility, and balance but also cultivate mindfulness, self-expression, and a sense of joy.
Every class is a safe and supportive space where children can move freely, express themselves creatively, and leave feeling empowered, energized, and happy. My goal is to make yoga a fun, positive experience that they can carry with them beyond the mat.
